Megan studied political science at Westminster College. Outside of work, Megan spends time with her family, golfs with her husband and two daughters, watches her daughters play soccer and basketball, and enjoys her energetic Bernedoodle, Penny.

Pat began working in the industry in 1985. Serving as an investment and retirement plan professional at the institutional level, Pat works with companies and organizations to review the effectiveness and efficiency of their retirement programs. By reviewing the plan’s current design, investment, and communication efforts, he is able to make recommendations that allow companies to help their employees plan for a successful retirement and use their employee benefits budget wisely.

Pat studied business at Duquesne University. He was awarded a Recognition of Academic Achievement for Retirement Plans by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was a PIMCO Defined Contribution Advisory Board Member from 2019–2022. He was also a board member for the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) Benefits Council of Greater Philadelphia for eight years. Pat and his wife have three grown children who live outside of the Pittsburgh area, and he enjoys visiting with them. He also enjoys pretending he knows how to play golf.

He is a graduate of Ohio University, where he studied International Business with a focus on Finance and Trade, graduating with honors.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Joseph leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys exercising, exploring new destinations through travel, and indulging his adventurous side with activities such as kayaking and rafting at Ohiopyle. Joseph is also an avid language learner and dedicates time to researching investment markets. However, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his fiancé and their two loyal Labrador retrievers.

As a retirement plan consultant of Henderson Brothers Financial Partners, Austin Krise provides assistance in a variety of ways to Plan Sponsors to ensure their plan is running smoothly and efficiently.  He is responsible for providing fiduciary best practices, plan design assistance, investment monitoring, and regulatory updates.  Further, he provides availability as a primary point of contact for all Plan Sponsors to provide solutions in any Ad Hoc questions or issues they may have.

Austin has been in the industry since 2016. He has worked in a variety of spaces in the financial services industry including TPA Services, Investments, and Relationship Management.

His areas of experience include plan design assistance, investment fiduciary responsibility, investment monitoring, data analytics, fee benchmarking, and plan governance support.

He attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Marketing and Economics.  Furthermore, he’s attained the CPFA designation and holds the Series 7 registration through LPL Financial and the Series 66 registration through LPL Financial and Henderson Brothers Financial Partners.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending his time at the gym, golf course, or spending time with family.

Oakes’ academic background includes studies in Biochemistry at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Chemistry at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he cultivated a disciplined, analytical approach to financial problem-solving.

Outside of his professional life, Oakes enjoys spending quality time with his partner Maddie and their dog, Jim. He is an avid golfer, a passionate supporter of Pittsburgh sports teams, and enjoys gathering with friends and family around a campfire.

Scott has over 30 years of ERISA experience assisting Plan Sponsors with their 401(k)
and pension plans. During his career, he has consulted with retirement plan sponsors,
helping them implement customized plan governance, investment analysis, education,
and plan-design strategies.

Scott holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University and has earned
the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. Scott previously held a
variety of management-level positions with several of the largest retirement plan
financial services firms.

Outside of work, Scott spends time with his family and enjoys golf.

William McMillan

Will has worked in the retirement plan industry since 2015 and partners with plan sponsors to strengthen plan design, improve participant outcomes, and support effective governance. His experience includes plan design analysis, investment monitoring, provider and fee benchmarking, fiduciary support, and financial well-being strategies.

Will earned his degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, gardening, and golf.

Jesse joined the industry in 2024, bringing a diverse background in education, legal support, and nonprofit leadership. Before transitioning to the financial services industry, Jesse was a 12th-grade English teacher and a legal assistant for law firms, where she worked in general litigation and insurance defense. Most recently, she served as the Area Director for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In this role, she led initiatives to promote mental health awareness, planned fundraising events, and advocated for improved suicide prevention resources.

Jesse collaborates with financial advisory teams to ensure clients receive efficient, high-quality service. She helps manage incoming accounts, builds lasting relationships with clients and partners, and coordinates community service initiatives through the HB Helps Program to support local nonprofits.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing with a General Business Minor and a Master of Science in Secondary English Education, both from Duquesne University.
Outside of work, Jesse lives in the South Hills area with her husband, their two cats, Bunny and Henrietta, and their dog, Shiloh. In her free time, she enjoys reading, attending kettlebell classes, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to passport-required destinations. She also loves building Lego sets and indulging in cheese. One day, Jesse hopes to live in an A-frame house by a serene lake.
